The life of our Virtual Airline, being a “Real Related, follows the exact operations of the real one “Volare S.p.a”.

The pilot interested in registration with Volarevirtual.com must fill in a registration module and then he must pass a simple test, based upon some multiple choice questions (General Navigation/Civil and Airbus/Boeing), which verifies a minimum of aeronautical knowledge. The choice to add this questionnaire has been made to be able to verify the real knowledge of the cadet and to support him in the future in case of troubles. Once the online test is passed within the 30 minute time limit, pilots will receive an e-mail like: Name.Surname@volarevirtual.com, in order to receive administrative, operational, and other communications by Volare Virtual.
Then, we will provide access with login (Username/Password) in order to have the operational documentation.
At the end, we will provide a triletteral code to recognize the pilot in the airline (Example: For Mario Rossi, the code shall be MRO, ROS or others).
Using “Volare Virtual flight report”(QTB), we will monitor each phase of the flight and at the end of the flight these data will be automatically sent to the Flight Operations of Volare Virtual.com to proceed to the final values.
At the beginning of every month the rosters will be published, based upon the real timetable and fleet of Volare S.p.A.
The pilot decides how and when he will perform the monthly routes (8 routes). At his discretion he can do other flights, scheduled, charter, or “ad-Hoc” using A320 or B767, depending on his type rating.
The Virtual Pilot is obliged to perform the flights that the airline sends to each pilot to make it as real as possible.
The Virtual Pilot, depending upon his flight hours and experience, can become Cpt A320, Cpt B767, F/O B767, performing a carrier as fixed by the airline.
To make carrier the virtual pilot will have to support an examination with an instructor(on the Internet) and an ATC in order to verify the abilities to successfully manage emergencies and in order to see if the pilot has the abilities to be in the position (Cpt or F/O) for which he’s taking the examination.
To prevent having too many pilots, for example: 500-1000, we have decided to perform a test during the registration process to ensure that all pilots fly regularly and have a minimum of professional knowledge in order to make the flight as real as possible while having fun at the same time.
Registration will not be open all year long due to the fact that each registration must be carefully evaluated by the staff members and also so we can give the maximum support to all members.
